I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Saint Michael’s College and completed clinical training in a variety of settings, including the University of Vermont Counseling Center, where I worked with college-aged individuals. I received further training at the University of Vermont Medical Center, where I supported terminally ill individuals and their families. My professional experience includes working in private practice with individuals and families across the lifespan, as well as supporting families through major life transitions within Family and Probate Court.

I work with children, adolescents, families, and adults using a warm, relationship-centered approach grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy and play therapy. I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and free to explore their inner world at their own pace.

I am in the process of obtaining my license to provide therapy independently; during this time, I am providing treatment under the supervision and license of Dr. Sarah Lukens. If you have any questions about this, please ask!
